Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA Port Office, 166 Water Street, Woods Hole, MA 02543-1026 has a requirement for 4 EACH FISHMETER FM100, ELECTRONIC FISH MEASURING BOARD SET UP FOR 5MM ACCURACY, INCLUDING STANDARD HEAVY DUTY PLUGS AND 1 SOFTWARE LICENSE; 4 EACH ALUMINUM CARRYING CASE as manufactured by Scantrol, Midtunhea 22, 5224 Nesttun, Norway. The unit prices shall include all shipping charges and any customs fees for delivery to Woods Hole, MA. Pricing shall be on FOB Destination basis for delivery to Woods Hole, MA. Delivery is desired by May 1, 2001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation. OFFERS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotations should be submitted by April 10, 2001 to the U.S. Dept. Of Commerce/NOAA/Eastern Admin Support Center, Acquisition Management Division, 200 World Trade Center, Room 209, Norfolk, VA 23510-1624, ATTN: Linda Jacobs. Quotations may be faxed to: (757) 441-3786 or 3735. Reference Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 2001-16 on your quotation. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition, there are no addenda to the provision. Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items must be submitted with your offer. Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms & Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms & Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. All responsible sources may submit a offer which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive offeror who can meet the specific requirements contained in the CBD announcement and is most advantageous to the government considering price and other price related factors. Award will be made on April 13, 2001.
