Description

Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to provide helicopter seeding and herbicide spray. Contractor shall be licensed and listed by the State of Washington. Work is located at the Naval Radio Station, Jim Creek, near Arlington, WA. The antenna ground field surrounds the Transmitter building. Approximate ground elevation at the Transmitter building is 660 feet. Height of towers are approximately 200 feet. Work is to be performed within seven (7) calendar days after award of contract, weather permitting. A site visit if scheduled for Wednesday, March 14, 2001 at 10:30 am at Jim Creek. Visitors are to meet in the conference room in Building 2 at Jim Creek. For gate clearance, notify Ms. Gabe Fisher at (425) 304-3665 of your intentions. This solicitation is restricted to small businesses only and will be awarded under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 115112; size standard if $5 million (average annual receipts for the past three years). Quote packages will be available on or about March 9th, via the Internet: http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Notification of any changes shall be made on the Internet.
