Description

This solicitation is hereby amended as indicated below: The solicitation closing date has been extended to February 14, 2001. Minimum requirement #4 is revised as follows: (4) Company submitting offer must be licensed or have made application for a license, as required by state law, for this type of work in the states of Virginia and West Virginia. Proof of license or application for license must be submitted with proposal. Firms who have already submitted proposals are not required to resubmit a proposal but must submit proof of license or application for license in the states of Virginia and West Virginia. If contract is awarded to contractor based on application having been made for license, the contractor will have 60 days after the date of award to show proof of contractor's license being issued for that state. If proof cannot be provided, the contract will be terminated. The remainder of the solicitation remains the same.
