Description

Loose Leaf Subscription Services. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development intends to award a contract to Aspen Law & Business for delivery of publication entitled "The Topical Law Reporter of Fair Housing-Fair Lending Laws". This service makes use of copyrighted material which is the property of Aspen Law & Business. This contract action is for services in which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within forty-five (45) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice may represent the only official notice of such requirement. Responses should be addressed to the addressee on line 7.
