Description

Edwards AFB has a requirement for base-wide custodial services to include meeting the requirements of the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) standards. The services include cleaning carpeted and uncarpeted floors, removing trash from rooms and halls, cleaning interior and exterior glass/mirrors, cleaning/disinfecting drinking fountains, cleaning stairways, cleaning floor mats, cleaning bathrooms, etc.. The anticipated type of contract is Fixed-Price Requirements. The period of performance is 1 Oct 01 through 30 Sep 03, with 8 additional award term years. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 561720. The size standard is $12 million. This is a commercial acquisition being accomplished with FAR part 12 procedures.
