Description

TRADOC Acquisition Center (TAC) will be issuing a DRAFT Solicitation on or about 06 February 2001 for an A-76 Commercial Activity Study for Adjutant General (AG), Military Personnel Division (MPD) functions at Carlisle Barracks, PA. This office welcomes industry comments/questions pertaining to any portion of the solicitation; with particular emphasis on the Performance Work Statement. Please respond by 13 March 2001. Pertinent responses to the draft solicitation will be used to improve similar TRADOC A-76 AG projects. Actual solicitation will be issued at a later time. The Carlisle Barracks requirements solicit the contractor to perform services relating to the areas of military, military retirees and civilian personnel actions; processing; records processing and management; personnel manning; casualty management; transition and separations processing; personnel information systems management; and administrative processing of Soldiers Returned to Military Control. The performance period is for one year with 4 one-year options. The applicable SIC Code is 8741 with a size standard of $5M. No determination has been made at this time whether this solicitation will be unrestricted or set-aside. This procurement is a cost-plus-award-fee. A formal source selection procedure will be used during the evaluation process. Oral presentations will be part of the evaluation process.
