Description

Appraisers must be licensed in the State of Florida. The contractor will be required to review any appraisal reports prepared by staff or subcontractors and reconcile the conclusions of value to insure consistency in the value conclusions. The firm receiving the contract must be an appraisal firm whose principal is a licensed State Certified General appraiser in the State of Florida. The firm and its principal must demonstrate expertise and knowledge of the 8.5 SMA which is located in South Florida. The offeror, its principal and the appraisers must be acceptable to the Department of Justice (DOJ). DOJ does not have an approval list, nor is there an independent process for you to obtain approval. Offerors qualifications will be sent to DOJ after submission of proposals for approval/disapproval. The revised solicitation release date is 9 Feb 01 with a closing date of 9 Mar 01. Interested offerors must register electronically.
