Description

TRADOC Acquisition Center (TAC) will be issuing a DRAFT Solicitation on or about 06 February 2001 for an A-76 Commercial Activity Study for Adjutant General (AG), Military Personnel Division (MPD) functions at Fort Rucker, AL . This office welcome industry comments/question pertaining to any portion of the solicitation; with particular emphasis on the Performance Work Statement. Please respond by 08 March 2001. Pertinent responses to the draft solicitation will be used to improve similar TRADOC A-76 AG projects. Actual solicitation will be issued at a later time. The Fort Rucker requirements solicit the contractor to perform services relating to areas of military, military retirees and civilian personnel actions, processing, records processing and management, personnel manning, casualty management, transition and separations processing; personnel information systems management, and administrative processing of Soldiers Returned to Military Control. The performance period is for one year with 4 one-year options. The applicable SIC Code is 56111 with a size standard of $5M. No determination has been made at this time whether this solicitation will be unrestricted or aside for small business. Any contract award as a result of this solicitation will be cost-plus-award-fee. A formal source selection procedure will be used during the evaluation process. Oral presentations will be part of the evaluation process. A site visit will be conducted during the actual solicitation period.
