Description

VA Connecticut Healthcare System is seeking to procure audiologist services. Services will be needed Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm. Services will be provided at the West Haven Campus located at 950 Campbell Avenue in West Haven, CT and the Newington Campus located at 555 Willard Avenue in Newington, CT. Contractor shall be ASHA certified and have a minimum of 5 years experience. Performance period will be from date of award through September 30, 2001. Solicitation package will include three (3) additional option year periods. Along with the offerors representations and certifications and pricing info, the offeror will be required to submit all technical data outlined in the solicitation. NAICS code 621340 applies to this procurement.
