Description

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center is seeking quotations to provide the VA Tomah, Wisconsin Occupational Therapist Services on an "As Needed" basis for approximately 240 hours per year, for one year, plus two additional years at the Government's discretion. The prospective Quoter must have the capability of filling the requirement for Occupational Therapist Services with as little as 3 working days notice by the Government of a requirement for services. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $10.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
