Description

On a scheduled, but occasionally emergent basis, provide labor, equipment and material to perform on-site Positron Emission Topography (PET) Scans for VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN by furnishing space, equipment and personnel to perform an expected volume of 200 scans annually; evaluation of proposals will be based on locality, past performance, references, type and quality of equipment, support, and price. Other VAMCs may refer patients to Minneapolis, thereby increasing the estimated volume; quotations may be submitted on a per scan basis. Solicitation Notice: This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 test program; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
