Description

A-U. S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with University of Massachusetts, Microwave Remote Sensing Laboratory, Amherst, MA to provide services in the modification of the existing UMASS C-band and Kuband scatterometer system to permit simultaneous measurements at all four incidence angles, approximately 20, 20, 40 and 50 degrees. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Reference 00219
