Description

The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD has a requirement for the C.W.Bill Young DOD Marrow Donor Program 5516 Nicholson Lane Kensington, MD 20895. NNMC intends to award a sole sourced standing order to Dynal Inc. 5 Delaware Drive Lake Success, NY for test kits to conduct blood typing on potential bone marrow transplant donors and patients. Dynal Inc. holds a patent on these test kits. The following items will be procured: CLIN 0001: Twenty (20)kits 880.00 240 Strip Detection Reagent Kit; CLIN 0002: Twenty (20) kits 830.01 RELI SSO HLA A Typing Kit; CLIN 0003: Twenty (20)kits 840.01 RELI SSO HLA B Typing Kit; CLIN 0004: Twenty (20)each 810.01 RELI HLA-DRB SSO Typing Kit. Items will be shipped in two (2)divided shipments of ten (10)kits with the same lot number. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP.)
