Description

VA Puget Sound will issue an invitation for bids on or about January 25, 2001, for the following work to be performed at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent Washington: Site preparation, erosion control, and all grading necessary to furnish and install 7 columbaria structures and associated pedestrian paving, irrigation, landscaping, and site furnishings. Completion time for bid item 1 is 360 calendar days, and the NAICC is 233320. The small business size standard is $27.5 million average annual receipts for 3 preceding fiscal years. The solicitation, consisting of various bid documents, specifications, forms, and drawings will be available for download at no charge on or about January 25, 2001, via the VA Business Opportunities System web site at http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Electronic copies can also be accessed at various plan centers in Western Washington on or about 1/25/01. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and no hard copies will be provided by VA. Any amendments will be posted at the web site. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all bid documents and amendments. A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00pm local time at the Tahoma National Cemetery.
