Description

The work of this contract consists of preparation and painting of all exterior wood, masonry, galvanized metal, and copper surfaces (gutters and downspouts at the Eisenhower National Historic Site (ENHS). Department of Wage and Labor rates will apply. There will be a site visit for this project on 2/27/01 at 10:00AM. Interested parties should contact Ken Kime at 717-338-9114 for directions. A payment bond will be required that is equal to 100 percent of the original contract price. The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
