CALL FOR SUB-CONTRACTOR BIDS REQUESTED WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS WARM SPRINGS, OREGON BID DATE: FEB. 15, 2001 * 2:00 PM THE CONFEDERATED TRIBES OF WARM SPRINGS RESERVATION OF OREGON CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT 2253 REHAB ST P.O. BOX 1168 WARM SPRINGS, OR 97761 Tribal Construction is soliciting bids from suppliers and sub-contractors. The proposed project consists generally of the construction of a 0.9 mgd Waste Water Treatment Plant including:Lab/Control Building, Headworks, Extended Aeration Treatment System, Mechanical Building, Ultraviolet Disinfection System, Facultative Sludge Lagoon, Dying Beds and Effluent Outfall. Sub-Contractors shall make a documented good faith effort "to the greatest extend feasible" to hire responsible and responsive Indian sub-contractors to achieve a 10% Indian participation and to achieve a 20% Indian participation of Indian laborers in this project. Plans and specifications may be obtained from the office of Ford Graphics, 401 NW 14th Ave., Portland, Oregon 97209, (503)-227-3424, upon receipt of a non-refundable fee of $60.00, for one complete set of specifications and one complete seto of 11-inch by 17-inch (half size) drawings. All checks shall be made payable to Ford Graphics. The Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any and all bids and accept any bid which appears to serve the best interest of The Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon. The intent of the Confederated Tribes is to award to the lowest responsive bidder.
