Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: Best Value Contruction Services Task Order Contract (TOC). The USPFO for Nevada and the Nevada Army & Air National Guard are preparing to issue a solicitation for proposals on a multiple award, multiple-year maintenance, repair and construction service contract. Task Orders will be issued to TOC contractors based on the low competitive price, or a combination of price and other factors (best value judgements) in accordance with FAR 16.505. Task Orders may be issued during an initial period of one (1) base year and up to four (4) additional option years. Individual task order shall not exceed $2 million. Source Selection Procedures in accordance with DFAR Part 215.605 shall be utilized for the basic TOC. Significant evaluation criteria for the basic contract in descending order of importance are: (1) Project Management Ability with an emphasis on Key management Staff, Quality Control Plan, Financial Capability and Technical Support Staff, (2) Past Performance: (3) Location in relation to the work-site. The solicitation will be forthcoming in approximately seven (7) to fourteen (14) days. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the Solicitation from the contracting office of the USPFO of Nevada, 2601 S. Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701. This TOC will include both Hoizontal and Vertical construction projects under FSC's: Y111, Y129, Y291, Z129. Funding will be on individual Task orders. For further information call LTC Bruce R.
