Description

For questions regarding this project contact Howard Townsend, Contracting Officer at 913/266-2450; for design questions contact Todd Hicks, Webster Architects at 913/432-2175; and for technical questions contact Dennis Hawley, Architect/Engineer Project Manager for USPS at 913/266-2434. The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting for proposals to construct and lease back a new 6,475 net square foot leased facility in Waterloo, Illinois. This project includes, but is not limited to, labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct a 6,475 net square foot facility on a site which is owned or controlled by the offeror. The successful offeror will be required to provide the site within the City Limits, construct a building to USPS standards adapting the design of the plans available for the site by a licensed Architect/Engineer. Award will be made to that responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Postal Service, price and other factors considered. After January 22, 2001, plans and specifications may be ordered from Kelly Blueprint.
