Description

Construction of one (1) solid waste landfill, leachate collection piping, leachate pond, access road and related appurtenances for the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, Shannon County, South Dakota. This is a firm fixed price contract. Duration of the contract will be for one-hundred fifty (150) days from the Notice to Proceed Date. IFB 241-01-BI-3478 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable twenty-five ($25.00) dollar charge for solicitation documents. Project Magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to an Indian-owned firm pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act. The Indian preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
