Description

See Note 22. The FBI is currently negotiating with the Hiller Group, New York, New York, on a sole-source basis for a follow-on contract for Architect, Engineering and Planning services for the FBI's New York Office. The architect and engineering work required is to separate existing constrution documents developed by Hiller into several projects as a result of funding limitations. This will allow for the incorporation of two floors, 26th FOB side and 27 Annex side of 26 Federal Plaza into FBI renovated space, which was designed and engineered by the Hiller Group. This requirement is a follow-on effort to The Hiller Group's design services related to the renovation of 7 floors of 26 Federal Plaza inclusive of major electrical and mechanical improvements for the FBI. See Note 22.
