In response to the PreProposal Conference for this requirement, the Air Intelligence Agency (AIA) has amended this solicitation for Engineering & Installation (E&I) support. The Solicitation Amendment, a conformed copy of the solicitation (which includes the changes in Amendment 0001), Minutes of the Preproposal Conference, the Response to the Contractor's Questions, the Attendance List, the Revised Statement of Work, the List of Contract Clauses and a response to questions asked after the conference are available at www.eps.gov. The draft solicitation is hereby made the final solicitation, which will be issued on or about 26 Jan 01. OFFERS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 14 Mar 01 at HQ AIA/LGCKA, Attn: Bill Kaufman, 251 Kirknewton St, Suite 1, San Antonio TX 78243-7034.
