PRON: AX051076AX, NSN: 2840-01-008-5986, PN: 1-140-272-04, Quantity: 103 each plus two option years, 100% each year, applicable to the T-53 Turbine Engine. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside restricted to the following small businesses: Walbar, Inc., Chandler, AZ 85224-4701 and SIFCO Custom Machining Co., Minneapolis, MN 55427-3568. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. By U. S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U. S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Required delivery with First Article Test is 50 each 300 days after contract award and 53 each thereafter until contract completion. First Test Report is due 228 days after contract award. Required delivery without First Article Test is 50 each 240 days after contract award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
