Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for meeting and training facility, for two training sessions: February 25 through March 9, 2001 and July 22 through August 3, 2001. The meeting/training facility shall have overnight accommodations and primary meeting/training space for up to thirty participants. In addition the facility shall offer breakout rooms, breakfast, lunch & dinner daily, continuous beverage breaks, standard audio-visual equipment, complimentary parking. This acquisition is set-side for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532310, with annual receipts of $5.0 million. All responsible small business sources are requested to submit a written quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, NAICS/SIC code, business size std, and Duns number. Quotes will be accepted on the first day after publication of the notice and a purchase order will be awarded soon after receipt of quotes. Quotation may be faxed to 202-874-3135; no phone request will be accepted.
