Description

The US Department of Education is sponsoring a second open briefing on the progress of the design work for "Pre-Elementary Education Longitudinal Study" (PEELS), an OSEP Longitudinal Evaluation. The purpose of this open briefing is to provide information for all potential offorers on the progress of the Pre-Elementary Education Longitudinal Study. We intend for this current design task to be released as an open RFP in the coming year. This briefing will provide an opportunity for potential offorers, who wish to bid on the contract, to obtain information in implementing this evaluation. In addition it will provide information on the design work to date. The briefing will take place on February 23, 2001, from 3:30 p.m. 5:00 p.m. at the US Department of Education, Mary E. Switzer Building, 4th & C Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20202. The room number is Conference Room 1002.*****
