Description

This is a sources sought notice for performing the payment of Foreign Patent Annuities in 40 countries, including the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Egypt, European Patent Community, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands (Holland), New Zealand, Norway, OAPI Countries, Portugal, Russia Federation, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand and Venezuela. The work also requires an established software program that will maintain and track all patent data, including disclosures, applications and patents issued throughout the world. The firm will provide the same software to DOE and establish a link back to the firms tracking system. Responding firms must be an established business conducting these services for a minimum of the last five years. Firms will provide their capability statement, a description of the annuities work they are performing, dollar value of their three largest contracts, client contact name(s) and telephone numbers.
