Description

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) proposes to negotiate a sole source contract with Vantage Human Resource Services, Inc., 2300 Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia 22201 to continue consistent support and training for the HRSA Career Resource Center. This includes the mandated continued support for the Field Office's transition from a program focus to State based teams as begun in FY 2000 with plans to continue through 2003. Additionally Vantage will provide continued assistance to those HRSA offices who are in the midst of implementing strategic plans, developing mandated teams and undergoing reorganizations. Vantage's ongoing and prior involvement and full range of integrated services enables them to address emergent issues with minimal disruption and allows for ongoing consistent service to HRSA employees at headquarters and in the field offices. Vantage is the only responsible source capable of providing the continued work and services as set forth in 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) is on file. Interested parties may, in writing, identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within 15 days of publicatin of this notice. See Note 22.
