Description

1. The VA Network Business Center seeks Request for Proposal for a Firm Fixed Price service contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) to provide hemodialysis service for beneficiaries of the VA San Diego Healthcare System at the Contractors facilities. Contractor facilities must be located within San Diego or Imperial counties California. This will be a one (1) year contract with possible four (4) optional one-year periods starting on or about 4/1/01. This is an unrestricted solicitation all proposals from responsible concern will be considered. All request for solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. Solicitation will be available on or about 2/16/01 and proposals are due on or about 3/16/01.
