ITEM 0001 Repair to serviceable condition on Left Fan Shaft Shouldered NSN 3040-01-317-1414 P/N 5749555-015 Seal Journals are worn, bearing seat undersize. Requires repair IAW LCAC AER-391 LCAC In Service Engineering Agent Coastal Systems Station Dahlgren Division. Statement of Work is available upon request. ITEM 0002 APPLICABLE SHIPPING CHARGES TO AND FROM THE VENDORS SITE FROM NORFOLK VA. Closing Date of Quote is February 5, 2001, 0630 HOURS Eastern Standard Time.
