Description

No. 26 Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Itmes in it's solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may notify the Contracting Officer of their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The NSN for this item is 5961-00-515-2187. The item is a semiconductor device. The approved sources for this item are Northrop Grumman (90099) P/N 508C697G40 and Powerex (66844) P/N 508C697G40. Currently we, the Government, have no drawings available on this NSN. The desired delivery is 50 each in 250 days, 30 each every 30 days thereafter until complete. The quantity variance is 25 -- 49, 50 -- 74, 75 -- 99, 100 -- 150. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
