PRON: AX1F5030AX, Noun: Blade, Rotary Wing, NSN: 1615-01-332-0702, P/N: 7-311412000-5, Quantity: 114 each with 186 each year one option and 300 each year two option. Applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. FOB Destination to New Cumberland, PA and Stockton, CA. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved source is Boeing/McDonnell, Mesa,AZ. The time required for approval of a new supplier is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website {HYPERLINK http://www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/} and look under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
