Description

The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or new lease construction in the Town of Portageville, County of Wyoming and State of New York. The preferred area is as follows: WITHIN A ONE (1) MILE RADIUS OF THE CURRENT FACILITY. The requirements for existing space or space to be modified are for about 1,815 square feet of existing net interior space with about 17 parking spaces. New lease construction space requirements are for about 1,815 square feet of net interior space and an ideal developable site size for about 44,800 square feet, with about 17 parking spaces.
