Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a NO WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) F6031003250100. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97.8. This is a small business set-aside. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure for purchase the following items. CLIN 0001, quantity 1 Job, move office furniture, office equipment, printting press, graphic media equipment, personal items, ADPE, supplies from bldg 20, 3623 and 4472. CLIN 0002, quantity 1 Job, move lektriever to supply and Space Saver System to bldg 12. Note: Statement of Work: STATEMENT OF WORK MOVER FROM BLDG 20, 3623 AND 4472 TO BLDG 12 1. INTRODUCTION: The 11th Services Division has been designated to move from buildings 20, 3623 and 4472. The new office will be located at building 12, at 12 Brookley Ave, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington DC. 2. SCOPE: The contractor shall supply all personnel, equipment, materials and supplies required to effectively and efficiently move the 11th Services Division to building 12 within a three day period. 3. OBJECTIVE: a. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and Cardboard boxes to move the 11th Services Division. The contractor will move all free standing furniture, typewriters, computer room equipment, fax machines, file cabinets, water dispensers and all other office supplies and equipment presently in buildings 20 (26 workers), 3623 (seven workers, HRO/Superintendent), and 4472 (6 workers, Marketing) to building 12. Two weeks prior to the move, the contractor shall provide appropriately sized cardboard boxes to accomplish the moving of books, files, papers, misc. office supplies and personal effects. The contractor shall remove all unpacked boxed from building 12 at the completion of this requirement. b. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and boxes to disassemble, move and reassemble the following from building 20: (1) One Lektriever on pallets in the supply warehouse, to the supply building 229. (2) One Space Saver filing system in building 12. 4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: This requirement shall be completed during the period of 03 FEB 2001 through 05FEB 2001. 5.
