Must be able to obtain and provide a Secret Level Security Clearance issued by Defense Security Service (DSS) prior to solicitation closing. Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) is an initiative by the United States Army to plan during peacetime for wartime or unforeseen military contingencies using commercial contractors to prepare plans and execute approved plans to provide logistics services and engineering support to augment U.S. forces in support of DOD missions with reasonable assurance of success and within reasonable costs. The HQ OSC Electronic Bulletin Board will be utilized to post draft and final solicitation documentation along with questions and answers. All interested sources responding to this announcement shall provide their Company Name, Address, Point of Contact (POC), phone number, fax number, email Address of the POC, Cage Code Number, CCR information, business size pursuant to North American Industry Classification (NAICS), with experience in similar/compatible projects or programs should provide support documentation. Please keep supporting documentation brief. Information should be received no later than 4:00 CST 31 Jan 01. Responses will be accepted via email at: terhuned@osc.army.mil. Note: No solicitation will be issued at this time. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the U.S. Government.
