Description

Patrick AFB currently has a franchise agreement with Time Warner Communications for base-wide cable service for around 105 cable drops, though this number fluctuates based upon need. In addition, music channel service must also be available as an option, though the number of drops with this service is limited. On 1 Apr 01, the current franchise agreement will no longer be valid, thus our desire to see if competition exists for the new procurement. All types of television service such as satellite and leased-line cable will be looked at as options. If service is available, please provide a general price breakdown per drop/dish/etc. along with the costs for transition/leasing/usage of Time Warner cables (if any), as well as information for contact, and we will get in touch at the end of the review period.
