Description

This modification is issued to correct the model number on requested item 001 and correct a couple of typos. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The Request for Quotation number is DTCG89-01-Q-6PB361 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. The SIC Code is 3589/NAICS Code 333319. The small business size standard is 500 Employees. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The Government proposes to solicit quotes for the following item: 001 -- Twenty-four(24) Each -- Water Sampler Standard, ES,12 L, Model 115-12, with silicon o-rings, st. st. external spring 002 -- Eleven(11) Each -- Water Sampler Standard, ES, 30 L, Model 115-30 with silicon o-rings, st. st. external spring SHIPPING/DELIVERY: Items to be delivered to Seattle, WA 98134-1192 AWARD: This purchase will be based on the following criteria: Lowest price for item that meets or exceeds specifications.
