Topsoil, needs to contain organics 15%-25%, sand 40%-50%, silt 15%-35% and have a ph of 5.5-6.5. It must pass through an 8mm screen and be free of sticks, rocks and any other debris. Quantity 4775, unit is CD. Please quote FOB Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. Include the freight charges in the line item, not seperately. This is 100% small business set-aside.
