87 _ It is the Government_s intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Farmer_s Association, Little Rock, Arkansas, to provide Purina Mills NIH-31, Standard Rodent Chow, with maximum limitations on microbiology, chemistry, and form/shape of diet, as listed within the NCTR_s Specifications. Studies in which diet is the critical and controlling factor have received NIH-31 feed supplied by Purina Mills, Inc., and a change may result in jeopardizing the scientific integrity of the studies. FOB Point Destination. A request for Quotations is not available. This is a 100% set-aside for small business, firm fixed price requirement. Simplified procurement procedures will be utilized. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. See Numbered Note(s) 22 and 23.*****
