Description
Solicitation number N00604-01-T-A191. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor HI intends to negotiate unrestricted contract for the for the following items: Item 0001: Qty: 1,250 pounds. Gas, Carbon Dioxide,. 50 pounds per cylinder. Ordering Data: A. BB-C-101B, 15 Apr 71. B. Grade B. C. Cylinders will be furnished by the Government. D. N/A E. N/A F. IAW Para 3.2.2. Cylinders shall be marked with a complete description of the contents. This information shall be marked on a suitable tag firmly wired to the cylinder cap. The vendor shall also attach a tag on each cylinder indicating the appropriate lot no. and date it was filled. Additional services: A. Replacement for defective valves in Government owned cylinders shall be contractor furnished from a qualified source listed on the latest QPL for MIL-V-2. B. Contractor shall demilitarize condemned, non-repairable cylinders. Additional Requirements: A. Material Safety Data Sheet required. B. FED-STD 313 (latest) applies. Item 0002: Qty: 48,000 cubic feet. Gas, Oxygen, Technical. Ordering Data: A. BB-O-925A, 22 Aug 61. B. Type I. C. 200 cubic feet per cylinder. D. Cylinders will be furnished by the Government.. E. Cylinders will be palletized and banded. F. Para 5.2 applies. Cylinders shall be marked with a complete description of the contents. Replacement of defective valves on Government owned cylinders shall be contractor furnished from a qualified source listed on the latest QPL for MIL-V-2. F. Cylinders shall be palletized and banded. Additional Services: A. Contractor shall demilitarized condemned, non-repairable cylinders. B. Markings IAW para 5.2. In addition, the vendor shall attach a tag on each cylinder indicating the appropriate lot no. and date it was filled. Each cylinder to contain 225 cubic feet. C. Vendor to provide written certification as to quantity provided for each cylinder. Additional requirements: A. Material Safety Data Sheet required. B. FED-STD 313 (latest) applies. C. Requalification of cylinders required. Item 0004: Qty: 16,830 Cubic Feet. Helium Technical. . 99.995% Helium by minimum volume. 217 Cubic Feet per cylinder. Ordering data: A. BB-H-1168B, 9 May 77. B. Grade A. C. Markings shall be for Government Agency. D. Gas to be furnished in Government owned cylinders. E. As specified. Additional services: A. Replacement of defective valves on Government owned cylinders shall be contractor furnished from a qualified source listed on the latest QPL for MIL-V-2. B. Cylinders shall be palletized and banded. C. Contractor shall demilitarized condemned, non-repairable cylinders. D. Identification tag, Para 5.2.2.1: An identification tag impervious to climatic conditions shall be wired to the outlet port of each container and shall have the following information: Proper shipping name, specification number with revision letter, grade, quantity, name of manufacturer, name of contractor, (if different from manufacturer), dated of manufacture, lot identification number, and lot analysis. Additional requirements: A. Material and Safety Data Sheet. B. FED-STD 313 (latest) applies. The FSC Code is 6830. The NAICS code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 325120 and 1000 employees respectively. FAR Part 13.5 applies. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database, (CCR), to be eligible for Department of Defense contract awards.
