Description

This pre-solicitation DAHA10-01-B-0001, SBA requirements number 7701-01-100364 is set aside for competitive 8a for qualified firms located geographically in or with bona fide places of business within the geographic boundaries of Region X. The States of Alaska, Washington, Oregon and Idaho are located in Region X. All other firms are ineligible to submit offers. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials for a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work on Gowen Field, Boise, Idaho. The jobs will include a variety of trades such as carpentry, electrical, mechanical, sheet metal, painting, concrete masonry, demolition, paving and welding. This is a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four one year options if exercised by the Government. The North American Industry Classification System code for this project is 233320. The magnitude of construction is $5,000,000. Requests must be in writing. Phone calls not accepted.
