Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 5.2 , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FA4416-01-RA019 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). This is a 100% small business set-aside and the associated standard industrial classification code is 8744 with a small business size of 5.0 employees. Furnishing Management Service Operations is located at Andrews AFB, Md. The proposed award will be for one (1) basic period and three (3) option year periods. Prospective offerors shall provide a unit and estimated amount for line items 0001 and 0003 (Basic Period), Line Items 0004 and 0006 (Option Period I), Line Items 0007 and 0009 (Option Period II), Line Items 0010 and 0012 (Option Period III). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (MAR 2000); FAR Provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers- Commercial Items (OCT 2000); FAR Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation- Commercial Items (JAN 1999) applies to this acquisition. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (OCT 2000).
