Description

VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) seeks the services of an experienced management consulting firm to redesign, document and implement several new processes associated with inpatient, outpatient and professional fee revenue cycles. The majority of the proposed work shall require on-site management and leadership. Offerors must have and be able to show experience and knowledge of hospitals and healthcare systems' fee and revenue cycles. Experience with VHA medical care cost recovery is desired. All deliverables shall be submitted in hard copy and on electronic media (e.g. floppy disk, zip disk, e-mail) in Microsoft Office 2000 format (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
