Description

Firms capable of providing PMs, and routine emergency service for the following types of radiology, ultrasound and dental imaging equipment: GE, MPX-80; Advantx 90, Advantx 80; AMX-4; Picker IQ Extra CT; Medrad CT Injector System; Gendex A0765DC75 Intraoral, Gendex A9000 Panoramic,; Diasonics: Spectra, Ultrasound; plus misc. accessory items such as flat top and floating flat top tables; vertical and superspeed bucky stands, 14" to 18" monitors, image intensifier 105mm photospot camera, ultranet collimator, photo timer paddle, probes, printer, etc., are invited to submit a full description of their capabilities and experience including the types of radiographic equipment serviced by their firm. Include references of present and past customers. Information to be submitted within 15 days of publication of this notice. NOTE: This is NOT an RFP. SIC 7629, NAICS 811219.
