It is anticipated that award will be issued against Parker Hannifin Corporation BOA: N00383-99-G-016H. Non-commercial part numbered item: Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this item are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Procurement is other than full and open competition. A modified RFP is available upon request.
