Description

Services Nonpersonal: Furnish all management, supervision, labor, material, and equipment necessary to provide Military Family Housing Maintenance services for 729 units. Work includes, but is not limited to, maintenance management, service calls, change of occupancy maintenance, recurring/preventive equipment maintenance, and appliance and equipment maintenance. The base period of performance will be 1 April 2001 through 30 September 2001, with four one year option periods, all of which will be included in the evaluation for award. This solicitation is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code is 23599 and the corresponding size standard is $11.5M. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial format Request for Proposals. The Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act will apply. There is a Collective Bargaining Agreement in place at this time. Anticipated issue date is 8 February 2001. It will be available only via the Electronic Posting System. No paper copies will be furnished. No bidders mailing list will be maintained.
