Description

This pre-solicitation DAHA10-01-B-0001 SBA Requirements number 7700-01-100364 is set aside for competitive 8(a) for qualified firms located geographically in or with bona fide places of business within the geographic boundaries of Region X. The States of Alaska, Washington, Oregon and Idaho are located in Region X. All other firms are ineligible to submit offers. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials for a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work within a 50 mile radius of Gowen Field, Boise, Idaho. The jobs will include a variety of trades such as carpentry, electrical, sheet metal, painting, mechanical, concrete masonry, demolition, paving, and welding. This is a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four one year options if exercised by the Government. The North American Industry Classification System code for this project is 233320. The magnitude of construction is $5,000,000. Requests for this solicitation should be submitted NLT 16 January 2001.
