Description

CBD Submission No. 509018 dated 15 December 2000 is modified as follows. Sentence two is revised to read as follows "The layberth site locations will be restricted to four LMSRs (two lots) in the U.S. South Atlantic (states of FL, GA, SC), one LMSR (one lot) in the U.S. Central Atlantic (states of NC, VA, MD, PA, DE, NJ and NY) and two LMSRs (one lot) in the U.S. Gulf (states of TX, LA, MS, AL, and FL).
