Description

This is an amendment to CBD dated 11 December 2000,and the original CBD 6 December 2000. The following changes are made to the CBD. Remove: NFPA certified Fire Protection/Detection Engineer replace it with: A qualified fire protection/detection engineer,who is defined as an individual meeting one the following conditions. a) An engineer having a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Fire Protection Engineering from an accredited university engineering program, plus a minimum of 5 years' work experience in fire protection engineering. b) A registered professional engineer (P.E.) who has pased the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveys (NCEE) fire protection engineering written examination. c) A registered P.E. in a related engineering discipline with a minimum of 5 years experience dedicated to fire protection engineering.
