Description

FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire new technical manuals, related revisions, and associated services, through sole source negotiations, with the intent of awarding a fixed price, indefinite delivery, requirements contract to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The ordering period for the base period will be 1 September 2001 through 31 August 2002, with an option period of 1 September 2002 through 31 August 2003. The Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Services Command, San Diego, CA; will be responsible for the issuance of orders for aeronautical technical manuals and other data/services required in support of the CH/MH-53E, SH-60B, SH-60F, HH-60H/J, VH-3D, VH-60N, VH-3D (SLEP) and source data generated as a result of approved ECPs for the SH-3H, UH-3H, VH-3A, RH-53D, and CH-53D helicopters. The estimated annual quantities are 8,000 total pa ges and 30,000 man-hours of contractor support. There is also an estimated annual amount of NTE $300,000 for travel.
