Offers are due by Thursday, January 4, 2001 at 4 P.M. Reference PR# 0307-2622 on all correspondence. This is an amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation W66QKZ03072622 announced on 18 Dec 2000. Amendment is being issued to change requirements in the Schedule and the Statement of Work as follows: 1. On-site delivery has been changed to read as follows: On-site delivery for the first half of CLIN 0001 (696 each) is required no later than 28 February 2001, and the second half due no later than 30 March 2001. 2. Contract Line Item (CLIN) 2001 has been added to the solicitation. CLIN 2001 is another option CLIN, identical to the other CLINs, and shall be priced accordingly and in addition to the other CLINs: CLIN 2001, Tubing, copper, 74" long, 1,392 units at $___________per unit, $___________extended total. 3. The delivery date for option items (1001 and 2001) shall be 60 days from award of the option item. The Government will have until 30 September 2003 to secure funding to exercise any option items. 4.
