Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia (NSWCCD) intends to negotiate a three year contract with Treadwell Corporation, 341 Railroad Street, Thomaston, CT for the furnishing of services to assist in the removal, installation, checkout, testing, adjustment, assembly and disassembly and repair of the Model 6L16 Electrolytic Oxygen Generators (EOG's) used on SSN-688 and SSBN-726 Class Submarines. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies.
